If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use ARA’s services, you must:

Provide accurate information during engagement

Our services are available worldwide unless restricted by law.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

ARA provides professional AI and automation solutions, including:

AI chatbot & voice agent creation

Workflow automation

Prompt engineering

CRM and funnel setup (GoHighLevel)

Twilio SMS/voice integration

AI consulting and strategy

Custom automation configuration

Lead qualification and communication systems

ARA does not train custom AI models using client data.
Client data is used only to configure automations.

4. SERVICE ACCESS & AVAILABILITY

We may update, modify, enhance, pause, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by:

OpenAI

Grok

Twilio

GoHighLevel

Hosting providers

Internet outages

Third-party policy changes

5. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Fees are non-refundable unless specified in a separate written agreement.

Billing may occur in INR or USD depending on the client.

Payment processors may include Stripe, Razorpay, or others.

ARA does not store full payment card data.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree NOT to:

Use ARA systems for illegal or harmful activities

Harass, spam, or defraud others

Reverse-engineer or replicate ARA’s workflows

Upload harmful or malicious code

Violate privacy or data protection laws

Misrepresent identity when using automations

Use AI to generate prohibited or harmful content

Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

7. COMPANY RIGHTS

ARA reserves the right to:

Limit usage or apply fair-use rules

Deny service to any individual or entity

Modify or discontinue any service component

Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

Remove content that violates laws or policies

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Client Ownership

Clients retain ownership of:

Business information

Customer data

Content they provide

Documents used for configuration

8.2 ARA Ownership

ARA retains exclusive ownership of:

Prompts

Scripts

Workflows

Templates

Automation structures

Internal methodologies

Software configurations

These may not be copied, resold, or reused without explicit written consent.

8.3 AI Outputs

Clients receive a license to use AI-generated output for legitimate purposes.
ARA does not guarantee the correctness or suitability of AI outputs.

9. AI USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Users may NOT use ARA services to:

Generate harmful, violent, or illegal content

Engage in discrimination or harassment

Create misinformation or impersonation

Build competing automation products using ARA’s IP

Abuse API limits or spam communication channels

ARA does not perform automated decision-making that affects user rights.

10. DATA HANDLING & PRIVACY

ARA processes client data according to our Privacy Policy.

Key points:

ARA does not use client data to train AI models

Third-party AI providers may process data under their own terms

Data is retained as long as an account is active

Users may request deletion

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ARA is not liable for damages caused by AI inaccuracies

No guarantees are made regarding revenue, performance, or outcomes

ARA is not responsible for third-party system failures

Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs before use

ARA’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 3 months

Use of AI systems is entirely at the user’s own risk.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold ARA harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from:

Misuse of services

Illegal behavior

Violation of these Terms

Improper use of AI-generated content

13. TERMINATION

ARA may terminate service immediately if:

Terms are violated

Payments are not made

Illegal or harmful activity is detected

Security risks are identified

Upon termination:

Access to systems will be revoked

Data will be deleted according to our retention policy

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by:

The laws of India and the State of Karnataka.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, India.

15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

ARA may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
